Key features

Why it plays above its price

53mm neodymium drivers

Each earcup uses a 53mm neodymium driver for the Ajazz AHM 10 wired headset.

Virtual 7.1

Virtual 7.1 surround is processed on the USB path for positional game audio.

C-MEDIA USB sound

A C-MEDIA USB audio device sits in the wired USB connection, so the headset is a USB sound card rather than a 3.5mm analogue pair.

Wired USB only

Both listed variants are Wired. There is no Bluetooth radio and no battery pack on this SKU.

Detachable omnidirectional mic

The microphone unplugs and is omnidirectional for chat and calls.

RGB earcup lighting

RGB lighting on the earcups is powered from the same USB cable.

Protein leather memory-foam pads

Ear pads are protein leather over memory foam.

Aluminium frame

The headband frame is aluminium rather than an all-plastic hoop.

20 Hz - 20 kHz

Frequency response is listed as 20 Hz - 20 kHz.

About 360g

The headset is about 360g on the head.

Black / Wired and White / Wired

Nyvrix lists Black / Wired and White / Wired - both are the USB cable variants.

Over-ear cups

Closed over-ear cups sit around the ear with the memory-foam pads.

PC USB plug-in

Connect USB and Windows sees a C-MEDIA USB audio device plus the headset mic.

Not the wireless Max SKU

This listing is the wired USB Ajazz AHM 10. It does not use the wireless Max pack or its long battery-life figures.

Detach the mic when you listen

Pull the omnidirectional boom off when you want the cups without the mic stick.

USB-powered lighting

Earcup RGB runs from the USB cable, which is expected on a wired USB headset with no cell.
