We currently ship across Egypt and may offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.
International shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and courier restrictions.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation or payment verification.
Processing times may be extended during:

- Preorder fulfillment periods
- Unexpected operational delays
Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times:
Egypt Orders
- Cairo & Giza: Same day or approximately 1–4 business days
- Other governorates: approximately 2–7 business days
International Orders
- Delivery times vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and courier operations.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Partners
We may use third-party courier services and other logistics providers to fulfill deliveries.
Once an order is transferred to the courier, shipping timelines become partially dependent on the courier provider.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Claims submitted after the reporting window may not be eligible for review.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, shipment may be delayed until all items become available unless otherwise stated.
