Questions

Aula w60 HE magnetic keyboard — frequently asked

Can I use it wirelessly?+

No. This keyboard uses a wired USB connection and receives power through USB.

Does it support Rapid Trigger?+

Yes. Rapid Trigger changes key resetting according to movement, helping with repeated presses.

Can I change the actuation point?+

Yes. You can select the trigger depth through the configuration tool. A deeper setting can make typing more deliberate.

Can I replace the switches?+

Yes, with compatible magnetic switches. Ordinary 3-pin or 5-pin mechanical switches are not interchangeable with Hall Effect switches.

What polling rate does it support?+

8,000 Hz. Polling rate describes how often input is reported; it is not a measurement of total system latency.

Does it have RGB lighting?+

Yes. RGB provides colour illumination.

How do I customise it?+

AULA configuration software provides the supported settings. Use deeper actuation settings for deliberate typing and lighter settings for gaming.

Does it need a separate power adapter?+

No. Its wired USB connection supplies the power needed for normal keyboard operation.

Who is this layout suited to?+

It suits users who want gaming controls and everyday typing in a smaller desk footprint.

What warranty and delivery service does Nyvrix provide?+

Delivered across Egypt with cash on delivery, 14-day cover against product defects and genuine-unit verification.
