4. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on our store are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept selected payment methods including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • InstaPay
  • Telda transfers
  • Vodafone Cash / Mobile Wallet
  • Bank transfers

Orders may not be processed until payment confirmation is received where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, or suspicious activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Egypt and may offer international shipping to selected regions.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or operational circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility partially transfers to the courier service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may be denied.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Fraud suspicion
  • Payment verification failure

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items sent by the store
  • Verified store-caused issues

Requirements:

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of opening the product.
  • Customers may be required to provide photos or videos for verification.
  • Products will be inspected before refund approval.

Refunds will not be approved for:

  • Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Change-of-mind purchases

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

9. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are generally not offered.

In limited cases, exchange requests may be reviewed and approved solely at the discretion of Nyvrix Store.

Approval of any exchange request is not guaranteed.

10. Warranty

Products listed as preorders may have extended fulfillment times.
